Protein- how does this impact your health?

Here we discuss the most popular of the macronutrients…protein. We have reviewed multiple studies to give a new perspective, as we normally only view protein within a body building context, but how does this correlate with our health? We’re sure this podcast will challenge a few of your long-standing beliefs, as it did ours when we have read through the studies. Please note this is an ever evolving science, the key is to be aware that it can change and not stick to advice from over a decade ago.
